The employee delivers a task within the deadline and budgeted hours and does proper communication if he/she cannot meet the deadline or need more hours in the middle of work or even before starting to work

The Employee is demonstrated decisive behavior and able to be responsible for the mistake

The Employee is able to manage tasks properly (move to In-Progress if starts working, move to QC if it's ready to be reviewed), and demonstrate a details-oriented. Proactively asking if I don't understand or find something unclear

The Employee is able to demonstrate good responsiveness - easy to reach by any communication channel [Google Chat, Email, etc.]
