The employee delivers a good quality deliverable (e.g: module, FRD, report, etc), Employee makes sure his/her deliverables match with the assigned task

The employee delivers a task within the deadline and budgeted hours and does proper communication if he/she cannot meet the deadline or need more hours in the middle of work or even before starting to work

The employee is always being responsible for any mistake found during review and is willing to fix the found mistakes/bugs/issues

The employee manages the task properly (move to In-Progress if start working, move to QC if its ready to be reviewed)

The employee is responsive and easy to reach in any communication channel (Google Chat, Whatsapp, Email, etc.)
