Rules of Appraisal
1) Do not invent. If you do not have the knowledge to answer A question, do NOT ANSWER.
2) Each employee is assessed in regards to his current position. For example a junior engineer that has average knowledge of Odoo can receive a better score than a manager that has a relatively good Odoo knowledge (as he is supposed to have a very good knowledge).
3) Scale of answers:
10: Impressive 9: Delivers expectations of superior level 8: Above expectations 7: Fully meets expectations of position 6: Average performance 5: Below expectations 4: A change is required 3: Urgent change is required 2: Management discussion needed 1: Immediate warning to be sent

4). I have a good time management.
5). I encourage team work.
6). I am satisfied with my communication with colleagues.
7). I have learned new skills/knowledge.
8). I have necessary Odoo knowledge for my position.
9). I know my goals for the next quarter.
10). My coach is fulfilling his/her responsibilities towards me.
