The Employee delivers a good quality of deliverable (e.g. module, FRD, report, etc.). Employee makes sure his/her deliverables match with the assigned task *

The Employee delivers a task within deadline and budgeted hours and do proper communication if he/she cannot meet the deadline or need more hours in the middle of work or even before starting to work *
